Derek Stoffel reports that the youngest detainee held at the Guantanamo prison facility may be allowed to return home to Canada next year. Omar Khadr was sentenced to eight years for war crimes in Afghanistan, including the killing of a US soldier. The sentence requires Khadr, who is Canadian, to serve one more year in the Guantanamo prison, before asking for permission to go to Canada.
