Feds Nix Salvaging in Coral Reef

Melissa Mancini reports from Miami on a Federal injunction barring a treasure hunter from blowing holes in a coral reef in the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary. Sanctuary managers say the salvager’s pressurized water method is damaging the fragile reef ecosystem. The salvager says he’s actually helping to improve the habitat.
