Steve talks with Democratic Senator Patrick Leahy of Vermont, sponsor of a bill to ban the export of pesticides which are made in the US but illegal to use here. Leahy, who chairs the Senate agriculture committee, says many of these pesticides harm overseas workers and their residues can remain on food imported to the US.
