Police in Westminster, Colorado, have made an arrest in the killing of 10-year-old Jessica Ridgeway.
The girl was last seen by her mother as she left for school October 5. Her dismembered body was found last week at a park in Arvada, a Denver suburb five miles from Westminster, CNN reported.

The Denver Post reported the suspect is a 17-year-old boy named Austin Reed Sigg.
The Arapahoe Community College student was arrested late Tuesday after police received a tip that led them to a home about 1.4 miles from Jessica's home in Westminster, according to the newspaper.
Sigg will be charged with two counts of first-degree murder as well as kidnapping in the next few days, USA Today reported.
Charges will also be filed against Sigg in the May 28 attempted abduction of an adult jogger, which authorities have said is related to the Ridgeway case.
