Israeli troops close in on Rafah border

Israeli authorities are intensifying their military assault on Rafah, now the strip’s most populous city. We hear from a Gaza aid worker with the Norwegian Refugee Council, who has relocated there with his family. And, China is celebrating the Spring Festival, otherwise known as the Lunar New Year.
