Nations around the globe are busy evacuating their personnel from embassies in Khartoum, Sudan, amid fighting between rival military commanders. With little diplomatic presence left, what role can the international community play in trying to end the violence? And, the COVID-19 pandemic weakened health care systems around the globe.
