China developing capability to hack satellites

A secret CIA assessment that was part of the hundreds of pages of leaked Pentagon documents says that China is building a cyberweapon that can hack satellites. The World’s Carolyn Beeler talks with Jon Bateman, a former senior analyst at the Defense Intelligence Agency who’s now with the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, about the deep implications of this kind of weapon.
