The World from PRX

Study abroad and beyond

For this one-hour special on The World, we'll hear about how going to school overseas can support working abroad for both US and international students, and all the challenges that come with it. The Lumina Foundation supports this special as part of The World's "Global Classroom" project. The World supports college students and public radio station reporters to deliver stories about postsecondary education and the immigrant experience. Stories examine access, opportunity and success across borders, both real and imagined.
