Top of the Hour: Tropical Storm Lee Soaks Gulf Coast, Morning Headlines
Tropical Storm Lee was downgraded to a tropical depression overnight, after dropping more than a foot of rain on parts of the Gulf Coast Region. New Orleans kept above water, but there was flooding in other low-lying communities near the bayous.
