The World’s Quil Lawrence reports that next week there will be a presidential election in Lebanon. The election takes place in parliament, so it’s up to the leaders of Lebanon’s various ethnic and religious factions to find a consensus candidate that can garner enough support to win the vote. But supporters of the two biggest Lebanese factions are camped out in Beirut to put some pressure on the politicians.
