And many of those living in the Puerto Rican diaspora reside in the Presidential swing state of Florida. President Obama is likely courting them on his official state visit to Puerto Rico. Frances Robles, Caribbean correspondent for the Miami Herald, and Fernando Pizarro, Washington correspondent for Univision, talk about the visit.
