Police believe Harris got into an argument with an aspiring California rapper known as 'Kenny Clutch" at a valet stand and later shot Clutch, whose real name is Kenneth Cherry Jr., as they were both driving, the Times reported.
The shooting resulted in a collision that killed a taxi driver and his passenger, CNN reported.
Harris is described as a 5-foot-11, 180-pound black man with brown hair, brown eyes and several distinct tattoos, including a heart-shaped one below his right eye and a large owl on his neck, according to the Las Vegas Sun.
