The police responded to a call complaining about domestic violence, Chanel 10 News reported.

Billodeaux was shot in the chest and the arm, the Daily Mail reported. He is in critical condition but is expected to survive. Police say that they do not think he intended to shoot anyone in the theater, and was only there to hide.
