Psy to perform ‘Gangnam Style’ topless if it reaches No. 1 on Billboard chart (VIDEO)

South Korean rapper Psy has vowed to perform his “Gangnam Style” hit topless if it reaches No. 1 on the Billboard chart.

The chubby singer may have to deliver on his promise soon. The catchy tune is currently sitting in eleventh place in the Billboard Hot 100.

"If it ranks number one in the Billboard chart, then I will perform 'Gangnam Style' topless in a place where everyone can watch," the 34-year-old, whose real name is Park Jai-sang, told a press conference in Seoul on Tuesday, Reuters reported.

“Gangnam Style” – a reference to the designer-clothing stores and trendy bars and restaurants in Seoul’s most upmarket neighborhood – has been a hit in the United States and elsewhere.
