Paul Ryan on presidential debate: ‘one event’ won’t make race

Paul Ryan, Republican Vice presidential candidate, is trying to minimize expectations for his running mate Mitt Romney before Wednesday night's presidential debate, Politico reported.
On Fox News Sunday, Ryan called the President "an experienced debater" while he argued Governor Romney is less experienced.
With 37 days until the election, all eyes are on the first face off between President Barack Obama and his GOP challenger.
"Look, President Obama is a very — he's a very gifted speaker. The man's been on the national stage for many years… he's done these kinds of debates before," Ryan said. "This is Mitt's first time on this kind of a stage."
Ryan told Fox News Sunday the Republican ticket offers a different choice than the current administration: "We owe the country a very clear choice of a different future."
He said those "choices" include "Stagnation versus growth, dependency versus opportunity and upward mobility," Politico reported.
