NATO helicopter crashes in Afghanistan; fatalities likely

US officials say a NATO helicopter has crash landed in Afghanistan due to poor weather and those aboard are feared dead, according to Reuters.
CNN aired a brief report saying four service members are believed dead but that preliminary information had yet to be verified.

An unnamed US official was quoted by Reuters as saying that the Black Hawk helictoper went down in the Regional Command-Southwest area, which includes Helmand province, a Taliban stronghold.
CNN reported that an unnamed US official said that the cause of the crash was believed to be poor weather but that this was not yet confirmed.
"We cannot yet rule out enemy action," the official was quoted as saying.
