Megan Fox confirms birth of baby boy Noah

Actress Megan Fox and her husband, actor Brian Austin Green, welcomed a baby boy in September, Fox confirmed Wednesday on her personal Facebook page.

"I gave birth to our son Noah Shannon Green on September 27th. He is healthy, happy, and perfect," she wrote.

The "Transformers" actress, 26, said she wanted to release the news of the birth herself, according to Reuters.

The family had a chance to spend "a peaceful few weeks at home" before news of the birth hit the media.

Fox remained under the radar during her pregnancy and barely mentioned her growing belly after she was photographed in Hawaii in June.

It's the first child for Fox, who is a step-mother to Green's 10-year-old son.

"We are humbled to have the opportunity to call ourselves the parents of this beautiful soul and I am forever grateful to God for allowing me to know this kind of boundless, immaculate love," she gushed.

Fox and Green, 39, married on a Hawaiian beach in 2010.

It may not be long until little Noah has a sibling. According to E! Online, Fox told Cosmopolitan magazine in April that she wants "at least two, probably three kids."
