London's Olympic Stadium is killing two birds with one stone. The sports venue is set to be re-opened in July as a music venue, BBC News reported.The actual music set to be played at the venue has not been announced yet, however.
"We hope to announce the content in the coming weeks," Dennis Hone, chief executive of the London Legacy Development Corporation, told the BBC.

Live Nation, the world's biggest live music company, is in talks to host the music gigs, the Guardian reported. In October, Live Nation quit using Hyde Park as a music venue because of noise complaints. The company had been considering its options after the failed Hyde Park deal.
