Lil Wayne is accused of beating someone with a skateboard in a lawsuit.

Lil Wayne is getting sued over allegedly causing a fan to get beaten with a skateboard. Not bad for someone who is close to retiring.
In a lawsuit, Alfredo Marino says he spotted Lil Wayne on the streets of Los Angeles, and approached him trying to get a photograph. But instead, a member of the rapper's entourage smashed Marino in the back of the head with a skateboard, the lawsuit claims.

Marino said he asked the rapper's security guard for permission to take a picture. When the security guard said "no," Marino tried to take it anyway, and says he soon found himself surrounded by Wayne's entourage, LA Weekly reported.
"Lil Wayne had enough, I guess, and he rolled up on a skateboard and he said, 'Alright motherfucker, you want to take a picture like a groupie? Like a little bitch? Like a little girl? Is that what you want?,'" Marino told the Weekly.
Marino claims he suffered a severe injury and believes that Wayne and his record label are responsible. He is suing for unspecified damages, TMZ reported.
