Kenya’s Kipsang, Keitany win London Marathon

Kenyan marathon runners Wilson Kipsang and Mary Keitany won the men's and women's race at the London Marathon, virtually assuring themselves selection to the city's summer Olympic games, the Associated Press reported.
An estimated 37,500 people took place in the Virgin London Marathon on Sunday.
The BBC reported that one runner, a 30-year-old woman died after collapsing near the finish at Buckingham Palace.
Kipsang hopes the victory will earned him a chance to compete for the Olympic competition on Aug. 12.
Keitany echoed the sentiment: "I want to go and try to get a medal at the Olympics … on Friday I went to look at the route," the AP wrote.
Prince Harry presented the winners with their medals saying he wanted to run the race but it was a question of security.
Harry joked to the BBC that his brother, Prince William and wife Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge, "will be doing it next year, I think."
"He's going to have to now, isn't he?" said Harry, however Clarence House insisted the comment was said in jest.
The men's wheelchair race was won by David Weir, his sixth win while Britain's Shelly Woods won the women's event.
