Guess who doesn’t like Woody Allen films? Woody Allen

After making a movie, the last thing Woody Allen wants to do is watch it.

The 76-year-old filmmakers told reporters in Hollywood he just can't stand watching his own films. "When you make a film, it's like a chef who works on a meal. After working all day in the kitchen, dicing and cutting and putting sauces on you don't want to eat it," Agence France-Presse quoted him as saying.

Of course, Allen was out promoting his "To Rome with Love." While he may not want to watch it, he's hoping audiences will.

He, on the other hand, just cringes when he sees his films. "I make them, I finish them and that's all," AFP quoted Allen as saying.

Allen made his first film in 1968.

At least some of the characters in his latest "To Rome with Love" weren't quite as ready to wrap as Allen might have been.

Actress Penélope Cruz told Daily Mail she couldn't get enough of working with Allen. "It was great … I wanted more because I did my whole character in three weeks," she told the newspaper.
