French actor Gerard Depardieu was arrested for driving his scooter while drunk on Thursday after he had a minor accident in Paris.
The 63-year-old, who has starred in more than 100 films, such as "Jean de Florette" and "Green Card," was held for questioning after he fell from his scooter Thursday afternoon, slightly injuring his elbow, reported Reuters. No one else was hurt in the accident.
According to Agence France-Presse, when police arrived at the scene Depardieu tested at a blood alcohol level of 1.8 grams per liter, well above the French limit for driving of 0.5.
Depardieu has recently been making headlines for all the wrong reasons. Reuters noted that Thursday's accident came just months after a driver filed a legal complaint for assault and battery against the actor after an altercation in Paris.

Last year, Depardieu outraged passengers on an Air France flight as he urinated in the aisle as the plane prepared to take off, forcing it to stay grounded. A passenger on the flight said Depardieu appeared to be drunk and insisted to use the bathroom during takeoff, when passengers must take their seats.
And in 2005, he headbutted a photographer taking pictures of him in Florence.
