George Zimmerman takes the stand during his bond hearing for the shooting death of Trayvon Martin in Sanford, Florida on Apr. 20, 2012. He has since entered a plea of not guilty.
George Zimmerman, the neighborhood watch captain accused of killing Trayvon Martin, is asking for a new judge again.
In a motion filed Friday, Zimmerman asked that Circuit Judge Ken Lester be disqualified from the case. Zimmerman believes the judge's comments in a bond order show that he is prejudiced against him, The Associated Press reported.

Zimmerman's attorney, Mark O'Mara, wrote, "the Court makes gratuitous, disparaging remarks about Mr. Zimmerman's character," Orlando TV station WPLG reported.
The motion also states that "the Court has created a reasonable fear in Mr. Zimmerman that this Court is biased against him" and "he cannot receive a fair and impartial trial or hearing."

Zimmerman, 28, is charged with second-degree murder in the Feb. 26 shooting death of the 17-year-old Martin in a gated community in Sanford, Fla. He has pleaded not guilty, and was freed on $1 million bond last week.
In the bond order, Lester restricted Zimmerman's travel to within Seminole County, subjected him to a curfew, barred him from the local airport and required him to wear an electronic monitoring device. He is also not allowed to apply for a passport or to drink alcohol, WPLG reported.
Zimmerman also asked for a new judge after he was charged in April, claiming a potential conflict of interest.
His request was granted and the case was turned over to Lester, according to the AP.
