Dr. Phil: TV psychologist’s $100,000 Chevy stolen

Can a classic automobile collector survive the tragic and sudden loss of a car?

Phillip Calvin McGraw, better known to millions of television viewers around the world as Dr. Phil, is finding out.

The TV psychologist had his 1957 two-door Chevrolet convertible taken to an auto repair shop in Burbank, California, on Sunday after he couldn’t get it started, celebrity gossip website TMZ reported.

A few hours later the car, said to be worth $100,000, was stolen from the mechanic’s garage, Examiner reported.

Police told TMZ that the thieves had “smashed a roll-up door” to get the car.

Not to worry. McGraw is worth $200 million and earns $50 million a year, according to Celebrity Networth, so he should be able to afford to buy another set of wheels.
