Cuba Gooding Jr.: Arrest warrant issued in New Orleans

Cuba Gooding Jr. had a warrant issued for his arrest after reportedly shoving a female bartender in New Orleans, TMZ reported.

The New Orleans Police Department told TMZ that a misdemeanor battery warrant was issued after a complaint was received from The Old Absinthe House on Bourbon Street around 2 a.m.

He reportedly became upset when patrons were taking pictures and cursed at them. A witness told TMZ that when a female bartender approached to tell Gooding Jr. to leave, he shoved her against a wall.

The New York Post said that a representative of Gooding Jr. had not yet spoken to the actor and declined to comment.

The Huffington Post noted Gooding Jr. is currently shooting the historical drama "The Butler" in New Orleans.
