Al Gore: Altitude caused Obama’s debate flop in Denver (VIDEO)

Al Gore has an interesting explanation for President Barack Obama's debate flop in Denver.
In post-debate analysis on his Current TV network, the former vice president and 2000 presidential candidate suggested that the Mile High City's altitude threw the president off his game.

"Obama arrived in Denver at 2 p.m. today, just a few hours before the debate started," Gore said. "Romney did his debate prep in Denver. When you go to 5,000 feet and you only have a few hours to adjust, I don't know, maybe the change in altitude…"
However, Current TV host Cenk Uygur didn't buy it.
“I just came from LA the same day,” Mediaite reported he told his boss. “You know what I did? I drank two cups of coffee coming out here.”
And, as NewsMax pointed out, the altitude did not appear to trouble Obama much in 2008, when he accepted the presidential nomination at the Democratic National Convention in Denver.
