Mo Farah wins the long-distance double at World Athletics Championships

Mo Farah has just earned his place in the sporting history books.
The British runner won the 5,000m and 10,000m events at the World Athletics Championships in Moscow, becoming only the second man ever to hold the Olympic and world “double-double” in the distance events.
Farah finished the 5 km race in just 13 minutes and 26.99 seconds on Friday, adding to the 10 km gold he won last Saturday.
He also won both events at the London Olympics.
“I never thought in my career I would achieve something like this,” the 30-year-old said after the race.
“This was very tough — it was all left to the last two laps. I had a lot of pressure but at the same time I enjoy it.
"I am very proud to represent my country and hold the Union Jack. To all the people who give me great support I can't thank you enough. Thank you to all the people back home — I am very proud."
This photo posted on Twitter by The Times of London shows a fresh-looking Farah crossing the finish line on Friday. He doesn't even look out of breath!
