A man has been arrested after being accused of using a fake penis called the Whizzinator to beat a drug test.

Sydney Levin, 34, was submitting a probation mandated urine sample last week when an officer allegedly saw him using a prosthetic known as the Whizzinator. It is advertised as a "discreet" device that has synthetic "medical grade urine."

Levin, of Lake St. Louis, Mo., was charged Thursday with possessing a forging instrument. He previously pleaded guilty and was on probation for possession of a controlled substance and felony stealing in 2009.

He pleaded not guilty Monday to the new charge against him after being released from the St. Charles County Jail on Friday, where he posted a $25,000 bond.
