A young Denver fan cries during the second quarter of Super Bowl XLVIII between the Denver Broncos and the Seattle Seahawks at MetLife Stadium on February 2, 2014 in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
Well, that wasn't pretty. The Super Bowl came and the Superbowl went. Or rather, the Super Bowl came and Seattle went.
Denver couldn't leave the field because they were so badly beaten they couldn't get up, and they just sat there and cried.
OK, not really. But such a stunning loss (43-8) isn't just hard on the team, it's just as difficult for devoted supporters.
