Georgia teens indicted in baby’s shooting death
Two teens are accused of murder in the shooting death of 13-month-old Antonio Santiago in Brunswick, Georgia.
Two Georgia teens were indicted on murder charges today in the shooting death of a 13-month-old boy last week.
The indictment returned by the Glynn County grand jury also accuses one of the suspects of attempting to rob and shooting a man earlier in March and his mother and another aunt of lying to police, the Florida Times-Union reported.

That boy, De'Marquise Elkins, 17, and 15-year-old Dominque Lang were charged with murder last week and made their first court appearance Monday.
Neither can face the death penalty because they are under 18, CNN reported.
The boys are accused of shooting 13-month-old Antonio Santiago and his mother, Sherry West, while they were walking near their home in Brunswick.

Police have said West was shot in the leg and her baby was shot in the face.
Earlier today, Elkins' mother, Karimah Elkins, 36, and aunt Katrina Elkins, 33, were booked on charges of making false statements to police and concealing facts or providing fraudulent documents in matters of government.
