Ai Weiwei photographs himself in the nude, with only a small horse covering his middle.
Ai Weiwei has a new artistic creation — and this time, it is of the heavy metal variety.
Yes, the famous (or infamous?) Chinese artist and activist has released a new song and music video aptly called "Dumbass."
Of making the video, which is set in a prison cell, Ai Weiwei stated that the creative process helped him come to terms with the impact of his 81-day detention in 2011.
Lyrics and video clips from the "Dumbass" music video are included below.
What's your take? Definitive or just…dumb?
When you're ready to strike, he mumbles about non-violence.
When you pinch his ear, he says it's no cure for diarrhea.
You say you're a mother-f*cker, he claims he's invincible.
You say you're a mother-f*cker, he claims he's invincible.
F*ck forgiveness, tolerance be damned, to hell with manners, the low-life's invincible.
F*ck forgiveness, tolerance be damned, to hell with manners, the low-life's invincible.
Oh dumbass, oh such dumbass! Oh dumbass, oh such dumbass!
Oh dumbass, oh such dumbass! Oh dumbass, oh such dumbass!
Lalalalala, lalalalala Lalalalala, lalalalala
Lalalalala, lalalalala Lalalalala, lalalalala
Stand on the front line like a dumbass, in a country that puts out like a hooker.
The field's full of f*ckers, dumbasses are everywhere.
The field's full of f*ckers, dumbasses are everywhere.
F*ck forgiveness, tolerance be damned, to hell with manners, the low-life's invincible.
You say you're a mother-f*cker, he claims he's invincible.
You say you're a mother-f*cker, he claims he's invincible.
The field is full of f*ckers, dumbasses are everywhere.
The field's full of f*ckers, dumbasses are everywhere.
