Director and producer Carl Deal and Hurricane Katrina-survivor Scott Roberts share how video shot in the midst of the storm became the 2008 Sundance Film Festival Grand Jury Award-winning documentary, "Trouble the Water."
The documentary features home-shot footage of New Orelean’s Lower Ninth Ward residents Kimberly and Scott Roberts.
Carl Deal is best known for his work producing Michael Moore’s "Fahrenheit 911" and "Bowling for Columbine."
