Federal agencies were required to start their weekly reports to the federal office of management and budget on what they’re doing with stimulus money yesterday. But while the newly launched federal website Recovery.gov gives Americans hope that this $800 billion will be spent with more transparency than the bank bailout, it might tell you less than you think.
