Today in Washington, Jefferson Keel, the president of the National Congress of American Indians and a member of the Chickasaw Nation of Oklahoma, offers his take on the state of the Indian union.
Keel was on Capitol Hill Thursday to ask for more help to combat the joblessness that has plagued reservations for generations.
