Libya Responds to UN Vote on No-Fly Zone

At first, the government is saying that Tripoli will become like Iraq, and that the West wants to take control of the country’s oil. However, Libyan’s government has announced that it will abide by a cease fire following the UN vote to enforce a no-fly zone.
