For 20 years Somalia has been embroiled in a civil war resulting in rampant violence and famine. Now the country’s troubles have spilled across the border to Kenya.
Over the weekend Kenya sent troops into Somalia upset by a rash of kidnappings of tourists and foreign aid workers. Kenya blames the Somali Islamist group, Al Shabaab, who has ties to al-Qaeda.
