There are 21 countries in APEC, and the president is using this opportunity to stress the importance of America’s relationship with countries in Eastern Asian – most importantly, China. But while President Obama is shaking hands with Chinese President Hu Jintao, GOP candidates here at home having been calling China the bad guy.
