Grammy award winner, Adele, and her partner, Simon Konecki, 38, are reportedly celebrating the birth of their son.

London's Mirror newspaper reported the "Rolling in the Deep" singer gave birth on Friday but is keeping mom on the arrival – and is yet to tweet the happy news nor update her blog.

“Adele and Simon are ecstatic at their new arrival,” a source told London’s Sunday Mirror.

“She was over the moon that they were expecting their first child together.”

The Indendent said 24-year-old Adele and her partner, CEO of water charity Drop4Drop, met in the summer last year.

Adele announced her pregnancy on her official website in June, saying: "I'm delighted to announce that Simon and I are expecting our first child together.

"I wanted you to hear the news direct from me, obviously we're over the moon and very excited but please respect our privacy at this precious time. Yours always, Adele xx."
