More body parts were discovered at Niagara Falls days after the headless torso of a woman was found.

A passerby found a plastic bag of human remains floating in a lake Sunday in Hyde Park, New York. The find comes just days after an arm, leg and headless torso were discovered on the Canadian side of the Niagara River, Buffalo TV station WGRZ reported.

Authorities have confirmed that the torso, arm and leg belonged to 30-year-old mother of three Loretta Gates.

It's just sick … sick," Gates' aunt, Peggy Leone, told WGRZ following the latest discovery.

Gates disappeared Aug. 25 after leaving her mother's home in Niagara Falls. She told her family she would be back in 15 minutes, The Associated Press reported.

Four days later, a tourist aboard a Maid of the Mist tour boat spotted the torso below the falls.

It is the third case involving a dismembered body in Canada in 2012.

However, police said the Niagara Falls incident was not related to a similar case in which a woman's limbs were found scattered throughout Toronto earlier in August, BBC News reported.
