Several hundred Occupy Wall Street protesters marched on City Hall in New York on Wednesday night in solidarity with demonstrators at Occupy Oakland. A dozen arrests were made, and at one point, NYPD officers stretched an orange net across a lower Manhattan street to catch protesters.
