Lex Rieffel

Lex Rieffel is an expert on emerging markets finance, sovereign debt restructuring, international financial institutions, U.S. foreign assistance strategy, overseas volunteer service and Indonesia. He is a former U.S. Treasury official and teaches a graduate course at George Washington University.
