Adam Jadhav

Adam Jadhav spent the first four years of his career covering everything from poverty to parades to politics in print, photo and video for the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. In his spare time and during vacations, he reported international news and travel stories from Peru, Lebanon and Cuba among other places. During his final year, he was also the newspaper's beer columnist. In July 2009, he left the paper to freelance overseas full-time.

Jadhav studied journalism at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He speaks basic Hindi and Spanish and loves good beer, armchair philosophy, tennis and fly fishing.
