Federal judge may order release of Chinese Guantanamo Bay detainees
A federal judge will hear the case of 17 Chinese Uyghurs who have been held at Guantanamo Bay for seven years and want to be released on parole in the U.S. They can’t be returned to China for fear that they will be tortured.
