Humanitarian aid is beginning to arrive in Libya as fighting continues and fears of food, water and electricity shortages loom. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said Thursday that “at least 18 doctors and nurses from an organization funded by USAID had arrived in Benghazi and were beginning to provide support to the city’s main hospital.”
