The US begins mass deportations of Haitian migrants camping out in Texas near the US-Mexico border. Also, a Rwandan court convicts Paul Rusesabagina, who was portrayed as a hero in the 2004 Hollywood movie “Hotel Rwanda.” And, a shooting at a university in Russia leaves six people dead, and at least 24 others wounded.
