Journalists Maria Ressa of the Philippines and Dmitry Muratov of Russia have been awarded this year’s Nobel Peace Prize. Also, a blast at a mosque in Kunduz, Afghanistan, has left more than 100 people dead or wounded. And, Iraq is set to hold parliamentary elections on Sunday.
