UN says, flat out, chemical weapons used in Syria

Chemical weapons were used in Syria, a new U.N. report said Monday, but stopped short of blaming either side for their use. As Russia and the United States haggle over the language of a deal for Syria to turn over its chemical weapons stockpile, it’s just one more piece of the puzzle.
