US drone strikes are controversial, but are they war crimes?
Amnesty International investigated 9 drone strikes in Pakistan over the last 20 months, including some where drones struck a second time, minutes later, and killed those who came in to help the victims. Amnesty says that would be a war crime, if it is intentional.
