The House of Representatives has been stuck in gridlock when it comes to climate change, in part because many Republicans deny the validity of climate projections. Heritage Foundation analyst David Kreutzer says that the announcement of climate hearings now doesn’t signal a change in Republican opposition to carbon regulation.
