Death toll from deadly Brazil floods now stands at 893
As the latest body-count attests, the floods in the mountains north of Rio de Janeiro last month remain the deadliest natural disaster in Brazil’s history. Not much more to say except it looks like the region won’t be returning to normal anytime soon.
